After discussions with the Business Council. The Spokane Tribe is officially sending this e-mail as a non-consent of the release of the "Rate Case Cost
Reports:  An Analysis for Future Fish and Wildlife Budget Needs in Support of the BPA Rate Case for FY 2007- FY 2009". We realize the efforts of CBFWA to date on attempting to "fix" the areas previously identified by UCUT. After further review, we do not feel UCUT's concerns are adequately addressed in the last version.
