Comments: This proposal does not explain the goals and experimental design to reach the goals. With the way the umbrella and sub-proposals are set up it is not clear where the tags are being applied. The hardware is still not in place for adequate detection of adult returns. There is a critical need to install adult detection facilities, with multiple detection devices in each fish ladder.
