Section 2: Financial Information/Budget for Rescheduled Activities
Original Budget for Rescheduled Activities FY 2007: $51,011
Proposed Budget for Rescheduled Activities FY 2008: $51,011
Explanation or Additional Information: We are requesting a reschedule of funding from FY2008 to FY2009 in the amount of $51,011.25. There are 5 water development and 2 fence projects delayed due to environmental compliance requirements. Due to the ground disturbing activities associated with these projects, cultural resource surveys are needed. The ACCD has been working with Dr. Lee Sappington to complete the surveys on projects.

Section 3: Financial Information/Budget for Rescheduled Activities
Activity Description Original Start Date Original End Date New Start Date New End Date Condition/Situation Creating the Need to Reschedule Cost What Will Enable the Work to be Achieved Now?
Habitat improvement projects: water dev elopments  1/1/2008  12/31/2008  1/15/2009  7/31/2009  Environmental complaince requirement: cultural resource surveys  $38,355  Surveys completed by archaegologist and approved by BPA and SHPO
Habitat improvement projects: fence  1/1/2008  12/31/2008  1/15/2009  7/31/2009  Environmental compliance requirement: cultural resource surveys  $12,656  Surveys completed by archaeologist and approved by BPA and SHPO

Please explain why the following alternative funding solutions are not feasible and would jeopardize the project:
Reducing existing scope of project
(i.e., eliminating some activities planned for FY 2008 to accommodate the FY 2007 activities)
We do not want to reduce available funds for FY09 projects due to environmental compliance delays in FY08. Work was planned and scheduled but can not be completed until cultural resource clearance is received.
Shifting entire schedule
(i.e., deferring some FY 2008 activities to FY 2009 to avoid doubling up on activities this year)
These projects will be implemented once environmental compliance requirements have been met. Once cultural resource surveys are approved, construction will begin as soon as weather conditions allow. Deferring without reschedule of funds would mean less work would get done overall.
