Proposed Budget for Rescheduled Activities FY 2008: $848,181
Explanation or Additional Information: We propose to move FY08 CAP $848,181 over to FY09 CAP to cover over allocation ($1,707,763) of FY09 Capital budget of $911,641. This will increase the budget to $1,759,822. These dollars are coming from the overall BiOp pot which doesn’t differentiate between EXP and CAP. GRMW has multiple BiOp projects in the que for FY 09 that were not ready to go in FY08. There was excess CAP in FY08 but not enough CAP to cover in FY09. Most are in various stages of development for FY09, CR’s or actual contracts. The BiOp wasn’t signed until midway through FY08 and we were not given the go ahead to contract until recently, so projects were on hold. Now these projects are in the final stages of preparation to be contracted in FY09.

We are not reducing scope. This will remain the same - the money is to cover existing BiOp habitat projects under the GRMW program
Shifting entire schedule
(i.e., deferring some FY 2008 activities to FY 2009 to avoid doubling up on activities this year)
Not doubling up task, see above. We are addressing high priority BiOp habitat projects under the GRMW program. All have various start dates within FY09 - using FY09 dollars.
