Reducing existing scope of project
(i.e., eliminating some activities planned for FY 2008 to accommodate the FY 2007 activities)
The subcontractor was unable to invoice for FY 2008 because work elements were not completed during that project year. Work elements will be completed during this project year instead.
Shifting entire schedule
(i.e., deferring some FY 2008 activities to FY 2009 to avoid doubling up on activities this year)
OSC intends to shift the unfinished work elements from FY 08 to FY 09 project year.
