This proposal does not address imminent risks to ESA stocks by offering direct on-the-ground benefits with one-time funding. A science program is not adequately defined. The proposed activity is for coordination and an ongoing task. The proposal fails to adequately describe how stocks of spring chinook would be identified.Comment:
This project is called for in the NMFS Biological Opinion but does not meet the criteria for high priority as defined by the NWPPC for this process. This project is considered a high priority need at this time.
