While the panel recognizes that fin erosion and sunburn are fish production problems, this proposal was not viewed as being sufficiently innovative because diet modification is standard hatchery practice. The Panel would have been more supportive if the proposal had established priority need for the work relative to Fish and Wildlife Program priorities. Idaho State University was incorrectly identified as a project co-sponsor.Comment:
